The design show returns to Vancouver September 21 to 24
Whether you are building a new home, refreshing an old one or just enjoy looking at beautiful things, the Vancouver Convention Centre West is where you will want to be this month when the Interior Design Show comes back to town.
The theme for the 20th edition of IDS Vancouver is “Moving Parts” and will explore how contemporary designers are creating, sourcing, producing and distributing products. It will highlight innovative and sustainable thinking in our ever-changing design world.
“We’re thrilled that IDS is making its return to Vancouver this September, celebrating innovation, transformative design and forward-thinking creators,” says Will Sorrell, National Director at IDS Vancouver.
As always, the show will feature new products and furniture, world-renowned designers, and avant-garde concepts from North America and beyond. Anyone who works in design will want to pop by for Trade Days, when industry leaders speak on topics such as the future of design on the West Coast and wellness-based architecture. And attendees new and old will be thrilled to see the return of audience favorites like IDS Prototype, a showcase for rising design stars, and The District, where you can shop for home goods ranging from ceramics to home gym equipment.
Basically, there is something for just about everyone.
